Shipping and Returns

 

Please note: we do not ship ammunition/powder/primers, bear bangers/flares, bear spray, fuel cartridges and some other products.

 

Returns

In most cases, if the item was purchased through the store or online, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund either by mail or at the store within 14 days of purchase with a valid proof of purchase. We may accept items returned after 14 days at our discretion and after an inspection of the product.

Any returned item must be unused with all tags attached and in the original packaging. If applicaple any accessories and manuals must also be included when you return the item.

A 20% restocking fee applies if we accept a return and tags/packaging have been removed or are damaged or if we accept an otherwise final sale item.

 

Any sale items, ccustom/special orders and items below are final sale items and not eligible for return:

  • Firearms, crossbows, bows
  • Ammunition, gunpowder, primers, reloading bullets and brass, binary explosives
  • treestands, mouth calls, scents and attractants
  • bear spray, fuel cartridges,
  • optics, cellular trail cameras, satellite communication devices
  • food, safety whistles, first aid kits, female urination devices

For items damaged in shipment, please also call us at 250-877-7744 or email [email protected]before sending back the item(s).

The manufacturer's warranty for certain items may require the item(s) to be returned directly to the manufacturer to be repaired or replaced. If after contacting us we request an item to be returned, follow the below guidelines:

  1. Repack the item in its original packaging and include any literature, manuals, or other materials that were included with the item.
  2. Prepare the package for shipment by wrapping securely and include your invoice and a note with your name, address and a brief outline of the issue.

Please keep a copy of the invoice for your records.  Refunds will only be issued in the same form as payment was taken.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless we shipped you an incorrect or defective product.

We do not accept any return sent COD.

We highly recommend sending with a tracking number and don't accept responsibility if a returned item does not arrive.

  1. If you are sending a product in its original box without enclosing it in a separate box, please wrap the box with packing paper. Applying tape and labels directly to product packaging may result in damage and we reserve the right to apply a 20% restocking fee if we receive an item in damaged original packaging.
